The March Forth on 3/4 That Helped Change The Way We Invest In Consumer Products
In recent years, much attention has been paid to the products we consume and the ingredients used to produce them. Thanks to the likes of The Honest Company (non-toxic household products) and Leaping Bunny (Cruelty-free cosmetics), there is more awareness placed on the type of products we are purchasing for ourselves and loved ones.
Now more than ever, I am more inclined to buy non-toxic or cruelty-free products over off brands of convenience, especially beauty products since I consume them frequently. I want to make sure that the lotion I slather on my face is safe, along with the cosmetics I wear every day. I was happy to see I am not alone in this when I saw Beautycounter’s campaign March Forth on 3/4 in celebration of their second anniversary. The below stats are eye opening.
Although 3/4 has passed, I encourage your participation to bring awareness not only to Congress, but to our communities. We all deserve the right to have access to safe products. Help spread the word – we deserve it!
