Try an Awesome Yoga Class…For free!

Yoga is the workout of the moment. Its health benefits range from physical to mental. I always thought that to be a yogi I would need to attend a yoga class at a local studio or gym, and that intimidated me. The thought of dropping 20-40 dollars on each class also didn’t thrill me, but I understood that the class setting was important because I had no idea where to start in my practice.

This was until I discovered Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. There are plenty of yoga instructional videos on YouTube, but trust me, they are not all created equal. Adriene makes yoga fun, understandable, and most importantly, accessible.

Let’s face it: most of us are not that easily able to fold ourselves into a pretzel or balance all of our weight on our arms. She is the most unintimidating yoga instructor you will find, but she will also inspire you at the same time to challenge yourself.

If you are looking to get started with yoga, I would recommend Adriene’s 30 Day Challenge. Here is the first video to get started:

Check out Adriene’s channel for all sorts of yoga options like office yoga, digestive yoga, and fat- burning yoga.
