Call It Supper: Maine Berry and Rhubarb Crisp

At Call It Supper, we love getting new recipes to try from our friends. Most recently, our friend Betsy shared this delicious one with us that she was able to make gluten-free with a few twists.

RECIPE: Maine Berry and Rhubarb Crisp

She found inspiration from her home of Maine where she has rhubarb and raspberries growing in her backyard. Even though these ingredients are nearing the end of their harvesting season, this recipe is just too good not to share. Additionally, the topping can be used for a more seasonal version with apples.

  1. Wash and cut the berries and mix with sugar.
  2. Mix together the crumb topping.

Sarah and Tori started Call It Supper because they believe that a meal is always a strategic decision—never to be wasted, and have a passion for inventing recipes.
